As I developed my painting technique, I realised that my paintings seemed to contain a message pertinent to what I was experiencing in my life at that time. There is one painting I have created which connects with my soul essence and the core lesson I need to learn. I have entitled the painting 'See Your Beautiful Self'. It depicts an eye but the pupil is a heart shape. When I look at this painting it reminds me to look at myself lovingly and to see my beautiful self. Just looking at the painting makes me feel good and 'at home'. This painting is a permanent fixture in my life and has become a familiar presence.
